Anet stated in a press release that they will lower all HM mob armor to its respective professions armor levels of 60, 70 and 80. To compensate for the loss in armor they will have their health increased and thus giving armor ignoring damage a blanket nerf across the board and armor respective damage (elemental/physical) a buff in a weird sort of way. This is how HM should have been from the start.
